COVID-19 Protocol put in place by Label West

At Label West, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our guests and staff at all times.

Following the challenges that Covid-19 has presented to the world as a whole, the following measures have been put in place to ensure our compliance with the rules put in place by the French government.

We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, to remain in line with the current recommended practice.

Pursuant to article 21 decree dated 12/04/2021 which outlines the rules put in place to face Covid-19, the following currently apply to the transportation of members of the public in 9-seater vehicles and coaches.

Passengers are not allowed to sit next to the driver (whether there is a partition in place in the vehicle or not).

The number of passengers is not limited if they belong to the same family unit or home/bubble.

For bookings of 2 customers only, we will provide a van rather than a sedan if the customers request it.

If a group is put together by an external provider, Label West is expected to make at least one offer that will respect social distancing measures. The external provider will then choose the option best suited to the project, according to the nature and size of the group. It is recommended that both parties keep a record of the discussion that has taken place and the agreement reached.

All our drivers and guides have attended relevant training to the social distancing and hygiene rules put in place in order to reduce the risks linked to Covid-19.
